The first day of the PGA Championship is in the books, but we still have some golf to play to wrap up the first round.
Due to frost in the morning, the opening round was delayed by close to two hours. The delayed start led to the a portion of the golfers who started late in the afternoon, to not finish their round.
Regardless, we still have plenty of final scores from Round 1 and a good idea of what the leaderboard will look like when Round 2 begins.
Let's take a look at the live odds after Thursday's action.
PGA Championship live odds
Scottie Scheffler is set as live favorite
There were three golfers who were listed above the rest on the odds board at the start of the tournament, but only one of the three got off to a hot start. That golfer is Scottie Scheffler, who shot a 3-under 67.
As a result, his odds improved from +700 before the start of the tournament to now around +275.
Rory McIlroy and Jon Rahm, who were the other top two favorites, both had not so great starts. McIlroy shot 1-over par and Rahm shot a head-scratching 6-over par.
As a result, the second name on the odds list is now Dustin Johnson at around +700.
DJ won last week's LIV Golf event, so he entered this week in fantastic form.
Can he, or someone else on the odds board challenge Scheffler, or will Scottie coast to his second Major victory?
Whatever you think will be the case, it's time to place your bets.
