NBA rumors: Deandre Ayton doesn't have a lot of trade value right now

After trading for Bradley Beal, the Suns are really short on depth going forward. This will result in them attempting to move Deandre Ayton for depth.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, this may be hard to do due to the fact that he doesn't have a crazy amount of value. It seems like the Suns will not get more than two solid role players in any deal for the player.

A suggested deal has been one where he ends up with the Mavericks but that might change now due to the fact that the Suns needed frontcourt players rather than backcourt help. They currently have no power forward on the roster and only two bench players. They also have only one center on the roster. This is a team in need of serious depth and insiders have said that it is not likely that the Suns will get a lot of value for Ayton.

Phoenix needs to nail this trade return as these players will not only have high minutes in the rotation but some may be starters for the team. Things could get very bad very fast if these players are not a good fit for the team or just aren't good at all.

NBA rumors: Khris Middleton expected to get interest from the Rockets

Khris Middleton is expected to get at a full max contract in the likely possibility that he declines his player option in the coming days, according to Michael Scotto of Hoops Hype. The Rockets will be looking to make a move for the player but the Bucks should be in competition for the star as well.

The Bucks have a very interesting situation due to the fact that they are aging team and their best player, Giannis Antetokounmpo, might leave if they are unable to keep a winning roster around him.

Due to the fact that they moved most of their picks in the Jrue Holiday trade, the only real way to continue to give Antetokounmpo a winning roster would be to re-sign their aging veterans. This is a very tricky situation without a clear solution considering Middleton hasn't the been same since his left MCL injury two seasons ago.

This would have been very interesting fit for Bradley Beal if he waived his no-trade clause but that ship has sailed with the Suns trade. The best thing for the Bucks might be to run it back and watch this team age out of their title chances until they have time to come into more picks. This would allow them to use picks on a blockbuster trade down the line in order to keep Antekounmpo.

NBA rumors: Kyle Kuzma expected to have many suitors

Due to the Bradley Beal trade, the Wizards are no longer competing and will most likely not re-sign Kyle Kuzma this offseason.

Kuzma is expected to decline his player option and head into free agency where he will have many suitors, according to Jake Weinbach of Hoops Habit. It had been expected that he would opt out and sign a huge contract extension with the Wizards. That is now extremely unlikely due to Washington heading towards a rebuild.

Weinbach named the Pacers, Rockets, Spurs, Kings, Jazz, and Lakers as teams that are expected to be interested in the wing.

Of course, the Lakers would be a very interesting fit. They would have to do a sign-and-trade to get Kuzma due to them being over the cap limit.

The Pacers would also be a very interesting fit. They are looking to add a wing player this offseason. While Kuzma is probably less defensively inclined than they are looking for, it is worth a look.

Kuzma would be a very intriguing fit with the rest of the Pacers' roster. Kuzma would also be a very nice fit with Victor Wembanyama in San Antonio. Or pretty much anywhere in the league, Kuzma's offensive scoring would be fun to watch.
