Everton boss Sean Dyche warns not to assume ‘everything solved’ by Brighton rout
Everton manager Sean Dyche insists it would be wrong to think “everything is solved” following their resounding win over Brighton. A 5-1 victory, only the club’s second away win in the Premier League this season, lifted the relegation-threatened Toffees out of the bottom three and two points clear of the drop zone. However, despite the morale-boosting result prompting many pundits to now favour Everton escaping a first top-flight relegation since 1951, Dyche has cautioned against complacency – especially with treble-chasing Manchester City next up at Goodison Park. “When I walked in here the thing that hit me instantly was a big result, big everything; tough result, low everything. That needed to change in-house,” he told the club’s website. “The in-house feel here, the environment we work in, and the flow had to get more level and more consistent in our daily work and thinking. “We’ve spoken to the players and staff about it. It’s important to handle good times in terms of not thinking everything is solved and right and proper. “When I talk about seeing through the noise, that maybe implies when things aren’t going right but it very much applies to when things are going right as well.” Read More Charity boss speaks out over ‘traumatic’ encounter with royal aide Ukraine war’s heaviest fight rages in east - follow live

It was an amazing honour – Chelsea star Sam Kerr proud of role in coronation
Chelsea striker Sam Kerr has expressed her pride over her role in the King’s coronation last weekend, describing it as an “amazing experience”. The Australia international on Saturday led her country’s delegation in the formal procession, carrying the flag as they made their way into Westminster Abbey. Kerr, who helped Chelsea thrash Everton 7-0 in the Women’s Super League the following day, said: “I got offered the opportunity to be part of it about a month ago while I was in international camp, and I originally thought the Everton game was on the same day, so I thought it was not doable. “But Emma (Hayes, the Chelsea manager) and the club were kind enough to let me attend, obviously because it’s an amazing, amazing honour, and something I’ll probably tell my kids about in 10, 15 years. “It’s been a crazy week. I was quite worried about missing a training session, because that’s just who I am. “But it all worked out – we had two wins (also 2-1 against Liverpool on May 3) and I got to attend the King’s coronation, which was something that was an amazing experience for me and a proud moment for my family.” Kerr was speaking ahead of Chelsea taking on Manchester United on Sunday in what is the first Women’s FA Cup final to sell out Wembley. The last two finals have been won by the Blues with Kerr scoring a brace in each, and the prolific 29-year-old forward said: “I love playing at Wembley, I think it’s probably my favourite stadium to play at in the world, just based on whenever you go there it’s a big game. “I think this team always steps up when there’s a big occasion so it’s going be amazing – a packed-out crowd – my family is coming over for it. It’s going to be very exciting.” As well as the FA Cup triumphs, Chelsea – currently a point behind WSL leaders United with a game in hand after Wednesday’s 6-0 victory over Leicester – have also secured three league titles and two League Cups since Kerr joined during the 2019-20 season. Kerr added: “I think when you win one trophy, you can’t help but want more. “I love winning, whether it’s FA Cup finals, a game at the weekend, in training, whatever, and I hate losing, so it’s easy to stay motivated as a footballer, that’s our job, that’s why we do it. If I wasn’t motivated, I wouldn’t be playing football. The FA Cup is a very important trophy to us and hopefully we can keep it at Chelsea.” Read More Charity boss speaks out over ‘traumatic’ encounter with royal aide Ukraine war’s heaviest fight rages in east - follow live Everton boss Sean Dyche warns not to assume ‘everything solved’ by Brighton rout Ronnie O’Sullivan planning to prioritise Asian tournaments over playing in UK Andy Murray to speak with his team about French Open participation

'Kendall Jenner on steroids' earns thousands from OnlyFans arm wrestling videos
A female bodybuilder, who some have called "Kendall Jenner on steroids", has opened up about her five-figure-a-month salary on OnlyFans. Model Vladislava Galagan started training 11 years ago, before competing in bodybuilding competitions in 2018. The 27-year-old soon developed a social media following with her frequent training videos and model shots. This prompted her to set up an OnlyFans account, with fans likening her to Kendall Jenner. "I sell this image of being good-looking and muscular and combine it and with a little erotic," she said, adding that she also uploads arm wrestling videos. "When I joined social media, I learnt there are so many men who like tall, strong muscular women with a nice face too." She added: "I am constantly told I look like 'Kendall Jenner on steroids'. Sign up for our free Indy100 weekly newsletter Vladislava has adhered to a strict diet and workout routine since she began competing in bodybuilding competitions over a decade ago. She goes to the gym at least six times per week - working out for around an hour and a half each time - and eats a protein-heavy diet. She eats four meals a day to make sure she eats over 100g of protein - favouring protein-rich foods such as beef, eggs, turkey, chicken and fish. She also takes performance-enhancing drugs to help maximise her efforts - but says there's no "magic pill" and it must be coupled with a consistent diet and training. She visits the gym six days a week and trains each muscle group twice a week as well as having three cardio sessions a week. In 2016, Vladislava opened an Instagram account and began sharing her gym progress pictures. She also began doing fitness modelling - and due to her toned physique she fed into a particular "fetish around muscly women". As well as contributing to a platform called 'Her Biceps' - specifically for female bodybuilders - she set up an OnlyFans and Patreon for people to subscribe to her exclusive content. She said: "I'm muscular and good-looking, it sells really well. "So many people think it's CGI or photoshop, but it's not. "I wear see-through lingerie, leather and latex, but I don’t do anything explicit - I just imply. "I also do arm wrestling videos - people like those." As her subscription platforms and her social media grew, there was one particular recurring comment. She said she is told daily that she looks like a muscly version of Kendall Jenner. On TikTok, examples include one user who commented "@kendalljenner got f***ing jacked" while another said "she's like a buff Kendall.... I'm all for it." A third commented: "Face of Kendall Jenner, body of Chris Evans [from Captain America]." She said she receives these comments daily - although she doesn't personally agree. She said: "I don't really know how they see it. I guess there are some similarities. "It's not how I brand myself, but they like a mix of my face and my body." Thanks to "hitting the sweet spot" by combining looks and physique, she takes home five-figure paychecks each month from her OnlyFans and Patreon. She added: "I feel like I won the lottery." Red Bull chief takes swipe at Mercedes for trying to poach lead designer
Red Bull’s Helmut Marko says Mercedes made a last-ditch attempt to sign Adrian Newey as the Silver Arrows desperately look to haul in the deficit to Formula 1’s dominant team. Newey, the lead designer behind Red Bull’s rapid RB19 car this season, last week extended his deal with the Milton Keynes outfit. Yet F1 Insider report that the 64-year-old received a phone call from a Mercedes assistant, who formerly worked at Red Bull, about opening talks regarding a potential move to Toto Wolff’s team. But Newey, who has been at Red Bull since 2006, rejected the offer and Red Bull’s special advisor Marko seemed to confirm the report while speaking at the Miami Grand Prix. “Mr. Wolff may not seem to have the full confidence in his own people to fix the problems with their car,” said Marko. Mercedes recently announced a job swap in their department, with James Alisson returning to his role of technical director and Mike Elliott taking up the position of Chief Technical Officer. Wolff labelled the W14 a “nasty piece of work” over the weekend in Miami, where George Russell and Lewis Hamilton finished fourth and sixth respectively. Mercedes, the constructors’ champions in F1 from 2014-2021, are pinning their 2023 hopes on a highly-anticipated upgrade at the next race at Imola in the hope it reduces the gap to Red Bull out in front. Red Bull, meanwhile, are expanding to become an engine manufacturer for the new set of regulations in 2026, partnering with American automotive giant Ford to form Red Bull-Ford Powertrains. Newey, who is seen by many as the main reason behind Red Bull’s supreme RB19 this season given his experience in ground-effect aerodynamics, will play an important role as the division launches in Milton Keynes. “Adrian has been such a fundamental part since almost the beginning,” Red Bull team principal Christian Horner said. “He covers a lot of a lot of areas and, to have the depth of his experience and knowledge to draw upon, and the way he works with the young guys, it’s great. “He’s just as motivated as he always [has] been. Obviously, he has a great interest in what’s going on in Powertrains, and Red Bull Advanced Technology as well. So, he covers the three pillars of the campus in Milton Keynes.” Read More Red Bull chief ‘signs new contract’ in blow to rival F1 teams ‘Nasty piece of work’: Lewis Hamilton’s Mercedes slammed by Toto Wolff Where are Mercedes and Ferrari?
