WWE Night of Champions 2023 takes place on Saturday, May 27 live from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Here are the live results and highlights from the show.
This upcoming weekend is huge for professional wrestling fans, and it all begins on Saturday afternoon, as WWE holds its latest premium live event. On May 27 at 1:00 p.m. ET, WWE presents Night of Champions 2023, live from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. There are seven matches confirmed for the show, five of which are for championships.
The first WWE World Heavyweight Champion will be determined, as Raw's Seth Rollins takes on SmackDown's A.J. Styles. Both won their brand's respective tournaments to earn a spot in the finals to win the inaugural World Heavyweight Championship.
Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns plans on holding onto more titles, as he and Solo Sikoa take on rivals Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships.
The remaining three title matches include Bianca Belair vs. Asuka for the Raw Women's Championship, Rhea Ripley vs. Natalya for the SmackDown Women's Championship, and Gunther vs. Mustafa Ali for the Intercontinental Championship.
Oh, and there are also two grudge matches scheduled for the card. Brock Lesnar looks to avenge his Backlash loss to Cody Rhodes, while Becky Lynch faces off against former tag team partner and WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus.
