Atlanta has struggled on defense all season, a big reason why the team is under .500 on the year, but will look to make it consecutive wins after beating the Mystics earlier this week, 94-88. Can the Dream push closer to .500 at home?

The Dream have the second worst defense in the league this season, allowing 106.3 points per 100 possessions, per WNBA.com. While the offense has been above league average, the defense can't generate stops and has led to the team posting a -5.9 net rating through 14 games.
Atlanta will go up against a top three defense in the Sparks, 98 points per 100, but have struggled on the road this season, 2-5 against the spread and straight up away from home.
I believe that this game will be dictated by the Dream, who are tops in the WNBA in pace this season, playing at nearly a possession faster than the next fastest team (Wings). Atlanta has been an over bettors dream this season, 6-1 to the over all year, and I expect that to keep up against a Sparks team that has struggled to instill its defensive minded approach on the road.
