Micah Parsons is so dominant at Cowboys training camp this year that coaches say he's almost disrupting the offense too much.

Micah Parsons is a beast. This has been known after two seasons of outstanding play in the NFL, already picking up two All-Pro nods and contending for Defensive Player of the Year awards.

And he's only gotten better going into the 2023 season.

Apparently, Parsons is now so good, he's getting in the way of the Cowboys offense progressing during training camp.

Micah Parsons is disrupting the Cowboys' offense too much in training camp

Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated revealed that coaches told him "It's gotten to the point where the third-year pro is so disruptive that it makes it hard on the offense to get good work in during practice."

Breer even mentioned that he's lined up at nose tackle for the Cowboys, winning one-on-one battles there as well as everywhere else on the field.

Parsons has gotten stronger and more technically developed in the offseason, working with the likes of former Rams lineman Andrew Whitworth to take his game to the next level.

Fortunately for the Cowboys' offense, this is the only time of year they have to go up against Parsons. Plus, having to account for a dominant force on defense like that is probably good practice for facing the better defenders who will be lining up on the other side of the line of scrimmage this year.

At the same time, not being able to run plays, and perfect them, as they're drawn up because a football freak like Parsons keeps blowing them up on the practice field has got to be frustrating.
