Who knew Mark Ingram had a daughter who could smoke any running back in the NFL?
Former New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram has been teaching his kids a thing or two about his day job.
Ingram, NOLA's all-time leader in rushing yards, has three Pro Bowl selections from his time with the black and gold and currently ranks as one of the more desirable free agents at the position.
He spent time with the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans in the past, but pairing up with Alvin Kamara on the Saints was where Ingram made his mark on history.
How has free agency been treating him? Quite well, actually. Ingram got a jumpstart on his 6-year-old daughter's recruiting process and recently posted a video of her playing flag football with boys who were a year or two older than her.
And she didn't just hold her own. She smoked 'em.

Just look at her go! Look at that cutback, the shake-and-bake, that breakaway speed — Ingram's daughter has a bright athletic future ahead of her, alright.
Little do people know, Mark Ingram dabbled in different sports back in his youth, playing as a starting running back (and occasionally a cornerback) in high school and also running track and field. He competed both as a sprinter and a long jumper, and it's clear those athletic genes have been passed on.
Ingram can start asking his daughter what school she wants to play for when she grows up, but the more pressing question is: where will Ingram play, if at all, in 2023? After 13 seasons in the league, will he call it quits on a respectable career?
Whatever he decides to do, Ingram will be remembered as a legendary Saints running back and, in this moment, a very proud dad.
