As the 2023 MLS Cup playoffs are currently on pause, many players around the league have departed their clubs to link up with their national teams for the November international fixtures.
Yes, it's that time again. Just as the playoffs were starting to get interesting, we've been hit with another international break. But thankfully, this is the last one of 2023 and therefore the last one for the current MLS season.
The 2023 Leagues Cup winners Inter Miami and Minnesota United lead the way with nine players each suiting up for their nations, with Lionel Messi and Teemu Pukki headlining the list of players from the two clubs. Atlanta United's Thiago Almada will link up with Messi once more, while Philadelphia Union duo Andre Blake and Damion Lowe spearhead the Jamaica squad.
