One of the NFL's best rivalries of the 2010s was San Francisco and Seattle, which famously went toe-to-toe for NFC supremacy in the early part of the decades. The rivalry gained new life last season as both teams made the playoffs and played a Wild Card game that San Francisco ran away with on their way to the NFC Championship Game.

Dan Campbell's program really took hold in the second half as the Lions surged to a 9-8 finish, missing the playoffs on a tiebreaker.
